Personalized, one-on-one music production instruction from Golden Hour Sound & Studios, built around the student’s experience, creative interests, and goals.
Every producer develops differently. Lessons are personalized around the student’s experience, musical interests, and goals, with focused guidance to build technical skill, creative confidence, and an efficient production workflow.
Navigate sessions confidently, organize projects, and develop a workflow that supports creativity instead of interrupting it.
Capture clean audio, edit performances, and make intentional choices with timing, tuning, and arrangement.
Build rhythm, harmony, and song structure while learning how to develop an idea into a complete arrangement.
Shape original sounds with synthesis, sampling, effects, and creative processing.
Create clearer, more balanced productions using levels, panning, EQ, compression, space, and automation.
Strengthen decision-making, complete projects, and prepare music for feedback, collaboration, release, or performance.
Personalized Instruction
There is no required track. The producer begins with the student’s experience, goals, current setup, and the music they want to make, then teaches the DAW and production skills needed to move that work forward.
Build confidence navigating sessions, organizing files, working with audio and MIDI, and using the tools needed for the student’s projects.
Develop ideas into complete arrangements while learning rhythm, sound selection, structure, and creative decision-making.
Capture performances, clean up recordings, balance tracks, and make practical mix choices that support the music.
Students may spend time in one area or move between all three. The producer adjusts each lesson around the project in front of them, so DAW instruction and creative development happen together.
Lessons are taught in the same software the studio uses every day — FL Studio, Ableton, and Pro Tools. A computer and headphones are enough to begin, and an instructor can help with an audio interface, microphone, MIDI controller, or other equipment as the student’s goals develop. Expensive gear is not required to start.
