Lesson placement and scheduling depend on instructor availability. Students or guardians must provide accurate contact and student information.
Current charges, billing frequency, and payment terms are shown during enrollment or in the lesson account. Students or guardians are responsible for keeping payment and contact details current.
Requests must be submitted through the lesson account or communicated to the lessons team. Eligibility for credits, rescheduling, or makeup lessons follows the written policy presented with the student’s enrollment.
A trial lesson is an introductory appointment and does not guarantee ongoing placement with a particular instructor or time.
Students should arrive prepared, bring requested materials or equipment, and participate respectfully. Progress varies with attendance, practice, consistency, and individual goals.
The available format is confirmed during scheduling. Students are responsible for a safe practice space, reliable equipment, and an appropriate internet connection for online lessons.
A parent or legal guardian must approve enrollment, provide accurate contact information, and remain responsible for the student’s account and compliance with these terms.
Golden Hour Sound & Studios may pause or end instruction when conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
Lessons may not be recorded or distributed without permission. Studio-provided lesson materials are for the enrolled student’s personal educational use unless otherwise stated.
Instruction is personalized, but specific results, performance opportunities, auditions, placements, or timelines are not guaranteed.
