Personalized, one-on-one music production instruction from Golden Hour Sound & Studios, built around the student’s experience, creative interests, and goals.
Every producer develops differently. Lessons are personalized around the student’s experience, musical interests, and goals, with focused guidance to build technical skill, creative confidence, and an efficient production workflow.
Navigate sessions confidently, organize projects, and develop a workflow that supports creativity instead of interrupting it.
Capture clean audio, edit performances, and make intentional choices with timing, tuning, and arrangement.
Build rhythm, harmony, and song structure while learning how to develop an idea into a complete arrangement.
Shape original sounds with synthesis, sampling, effects, and creative processing.
Create clearer, more balanced productions using levels, panning, EQ, compression, space, and automation.
Strengthen decision-making, complete projects, and prepare music for feedback, collaboration, release, or performance.
Choose Your Creative Path
Students can focus on one area or build a broader production skill set. The right path depends on the music they want to make and the skills they want to develop.
Build drums, bass, harmony, samples, and arrangements for hip-hop, electronic music, pop, and other production-driven styles.
Learn microphone technique, session setup, recording, comping, editing, and creative vocal production.
Develop songs from the first idea through arrangement, sound selection, recording, editing, and a polished mix.
Our production lessons are taught in the same software the studio uses every day: FL Studio, Ableton, and Pro Tools. Students can work in the DAW they already know or learn one of these from the ground up.
A computer and headphones are enough to begin, and an instructor can help with an audio interface, microphone, MIDI controller, or other equipment as the student’s goals develop. Expensive gear is not required to start.
